Auckland International Airport Pick-up Instructions
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, exit the terminal through 【Door 8】, located opposite 【Currency Exchange】 on your right.
After exiting the terminal, you will see the 【Off-site Shuttle Transfers】 sign. Follow the arrows and walk along the covered walkway to the shuttle pick-up point. Along the way, you will pass by the 【Novotel Hotel】.
Upon arriving at the 【Off-site Shuttle Transfers】 pick-up point, please contact us. We will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to our branch for vehicle collection. Simply cross the pedestrian crossing and wait on either side of the third lane.
Auckland Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions
After collecting your luggage, locate the 【JETSTAR check-in counter】 and exit the terminal through 【Exit C】 directly opposite.
After exiting the terminal, walk along the pedestrian crossing on your left and proceed to the far end of the pick-up area, 【Off-airport pick-up】.
Upon arriving at the 【Off-airport pick-up】, please contact us. We will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to our branch for vehicle collection.
Drop-off Instructions
The return location is at 【27 Aintree Avenue, Māngere, Auckland】.
Please park the vehicle in the parking lot and return the keys to the staff.
Once the staff completes the vehicle inspection, you can take the shuttle to the airport.
