Christchurch International Airport Pick-up Instructions
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, turn right and follow the signs 【Check-in】 toward the check-in counters.
After passing the check-in counters, head towards 【Door 2】 to exit the terminal.
After exiting, you will arrive at the 【Courtesy Shuttles】 pick-up point, please contact us. We will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to our branch for vehicle collection.
Christchurch Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions
After collecting your luggage, go straight and take the escalator down. Then, follow the signs 【Check-in 】toward the check-in counters.
After passing the check-in counters, head towards 【Door 2】 to exit the terminal.
After exiting, you will arrive at the 【Courtesy Shuttles】 pick-up point, please contact us. We will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to our branch for vehicle collection.
Drop-off Instructions
The return location is at【 153 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch】
Please park the vehicle in the parking lot and return the keys to the staff.
Once the staff completes the vehicle inspection, you can take the shuttle to the airport.
